Are electrical cords out of the way to avoid the dog chewing on them. We are not looking to see if a house is immaculate, but rather for safety issues. PPARAS requires a home visit to ensure the home and property are safe for the dog. This allows you a chance to ask any specific questions you may have and likewise for the foster home.
